While we’ve felt in over our heads searching for a paradise-- every bit of this moment feels nice. CV began with every other farmer’s strategy: hope. We embody the ideals of low intervention and sustainable farming to enable each varietal to express its unique characteristics. 

Forged in family and friendship, CV relies on the community that raised us. For our first vintage, we partnered with a local vineyard to contribute to the first crop of grapes. Central Oregon’s high desert climate provides the opportunity to grow hybrid grapes with high resistance to disease without the need for chemical management in the crops.

In today’s modern wine world with illusions and additives-- we aim for the pure experience of the Central Oregon grapes and natural winemaking. Our wines are made to create memories with the people and share a common enthusiasm to try new experiences that will shift your expectations.
